What we do in the movement and memory center
We offer small group (10 or less) and/or individualized training sessions. We use a variety of techniques to work the brain and the body. Shadow boxing, using boxing equipment, balance & mind activities along with much more, that can help manage these diseases.
Our center is roughly 1200 square feet with rubber flooring, a handicapped bathroom and a full kitchen used for various activities including nutrition lessons, food services, and household activities.

Nutritional education is important so we can discuss it on a regular basis throughout our sessions.
We can teach the right foods and the right way to cook/ eat them to help with your issues.
We teach how to read labels and show how to figure out true serving sizes.
Our On The Move Class is for seniors over 60 who want to walk better. We listen to good music, walk around orange cones and LAUGH at each other.
When you join us, you will be joining a new family to help you through the rough times as well.
