What we do in the movement and memory center

We offer small group (10 or less) and/or individualized training sessions. We use a variety of techniques to work the brain and the body — shadow boxing, boxing equipment, balance & mind activities, and much more that can help manage these diseases.

A center built for movement

Our center is roughly 1,200 square feet with rubber flooring, a handicapped-accessible bathroom, and a full kitchen used for various activities including nutrition lessons, food services, and household activities.

Nutritional education is important, so we discuss it regularly throughout our sessions

We can teach the right foods and the right way to cook/eat them to help with your issues. We teach how to read labels and show how to figure out true serving sizes.
